Founder & Creator Business Strategist
Demi built and ran an influencer agency with 125+ creators and brands before founding SEEN. She has sat on both sides of the table, as the person buying influencer campaigns for brands and as the person negotiating for creators, and she uses that to get talent the deals they deserve.
Her work starts with the business behind the account: positioning, rates, rights and the long game. Strategic and analytical by nature, she looks at a creator and sees exactly where money is being left on the table, and which commercial opportunities sit beyond brand deals. Licensing, ownership, formats, products. That is the knowledge she now puts to work for a small, hand picked roster.

Roberta is the day-to-day contact for our talent and for brands. Fast to respond and hands-on, she builds the outreach, runs the conversations and makes sure every creator's wishes are actually followed up on.
She also keeps a strategic eye on every creator's growth: which opportunities fit next, what the audience responds to and what it takes to move a career to the next level. For brands that means one direct point of contact who knows the talent inside out.
